Co-Founder
With decades of experience in electrical engineering and commercial lighting systems, Dan is the technical backbone of Leader Lights. His deep understanding of energy efficiency, LED technology, and building infrastructure has guided thousands of Michigan businesses through successful lighting upgrades.
Dan's career began on job sites — pulling wire, troubleshooting panels, and learning the trade from the ground up. That hands-on foundation gives him an edge that no amount of classroom training can replicate. He personally oversees project designs to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and longevity.
When he's not on-site or reviewing lighting plans, Dan is staying ahead of industry advancements — evaluating new LED products, testing emerging technologies, and maintaining the certifications that keep Leader Lights at the forefront of the commercial lighting industry.

Co-Founder
Moe brings the business acumen and relationship-building skills that have made Leader Lights the #1 Consumers Energy contractor in Michigan. His ability to translate complex energy data into clear, compelling value propositions has helped countless facility managers and business owners make confident decisions about their lighting investments.
Before co-founding Leader Lights, Moe spent years in business development and operations management, where he honed his talent for identifying opportunities and creating win-win outcomes. He recognized early on that the biggest barrier to LED adoption wasn't the technology — it was navigating the maze of incentives, rebates, and financing options.
That insight shaped Leader Lights' signature approach: handling all the paperwork, fronting incentive checks, and making the entire process as close to zero upfront cost as possible. Moe's client-first philosophy has built a reputation that keeps Michigan businesses coming back and referring their peers.
